Stop embracing a false god; only have a relationship with a faithful God who can speak and hear you and is visible. He speaks to us through dreams and visions. The Bible calls it idolatry, and it comes in various forms, including praying to a statue, stone, wood, graven image, or gold, putting your belief in beads or bracelets, among others. Our Lord is a jealous God who abhors such practice. Aside from that, idolatry is one of the sinful acts; when practiced, one does not inherit the kingdom of God unless one repents- refer to Galatians 5:19-21.
