“But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plaques, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk”. NKJV
Under no circumstances should we communicate to Jesus through any other being or person or other medium such as the use of images, stones, wood, beads, or carved or graven images or statues. If we do that, the Bible is saying we are worshiping idols.
